Return policy

Returns and refunds are not allowed after delivery, as these products and We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged by negligence on our part or during transit.

In the case of a return of a damaged product, we request that you send us photographs and an unpacking video within 3 days of receipt of the product.

If the product is not received back to us in its original condition, we have the right to refuse the exchange.
